Delivery Information

Deliveries will be organised to accommodate your schedule and ensure your order arrives promptly, reflecting our reputation for facilitating deliveries for projects of varying scales.

Specify Delivery Date

You have the flexibility to specify the day by discussing it with the Customer Services Team when placing your order over the phone.

Delivery Prices

The delivery prices for brick slips are made via pallet and start from £43 in VAT. All shipping calcuations are done at checkout for your area and pallet zone.

A premium next-day delivery service is available for orders made before 11 am. Premium delivery orders made after 11 am will be dispatched the following day for delivery the day after.

Economy deliveries will take between 3-5 working days.

All prices are subject to variation based on your postcode, and Unique Transformations reserve the right to adjust delivery costs for large or multi-item orders.

Delivery Information

All goods will be delivered Monday-Friday between 9 am & 5 pm and must be checked and signed for upon receipt. Weekend and/or timed delivery options are available, but additional costs may apply.

We cannot be held responsible for any damage after the confirmed receipt of goods.

For parcel delivery, you will receive an email and/or text on the day of delivery with a 1-hour window slot and a link to change it if inconvenient.

Delivery Terms and Conditions

The Buyer is responsible for making all arrangements to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered. For pallet deliveries, if a date has been agreed with the customer but no one is available on arrival, any redelivery will be chargeable to the customer.

The Buyer must notify the Seller of any loss or damage to the Goods within 24 hours of delivery. The Goods must be either held by the Buyer for inspection by the Seller or returned to the Seller at the Seller’s express instruction. If returned, the Goods must be in their original packaging.

Acceptance of the Goods

If you are unable to check the goods during delivery or the driver cannot wait, please add this to the delivery note when signing. The buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods 24 hours after delivery. After acceptance, the buyer shall not be entitled to reject Goods not in accordance with the contract. In the event of an issue, all discrepancies must be reported to the Seller within 24 hours. Credits and refunds will not be offered after this period.

All pallet deliveries will be kerbside, and it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for these to be taken into the property.

If pallet/goods appear to be damaged at the point of delivery, mark as ‘damaged’ when signing for the goods. A picture will also be necessary. Unique Transformations will not accept claims for goods damaged in transit that were signed for as being in good condition.

Returns

No goods delivered to the Buyer will be accepted for return without the prior written approval of the Seller. If the Seller agrees to accept any such Goods for return, the Buyer shall be liable to pay a handling charge. If the buyer prefers to arrange the return, they must be returned carriage paid, to the Seller in their original packaging.

If a customer receives free delivery due to order size but requests a return, the original delivery and return delivery costs will be deducted from the refund.
