Refund and Return Policy

Return Criteria

You have a 30-day period from the date of delivery to return your brick slip purchase for a refund or exchange. The item must be in its original, unused state and returned in the original packaging to qualify for a return.

Exceptions to Return Policy

We cannot accept returns for certain categories of items, such as perishable goods and hazardous materials.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory to complete your return. Do not send the items back to the manufacturer.

Limited Refunds

In specific situations, only partial refunds may be granted, such as:

  • Items with visible wear and tear
  • Opened software or other media items
  • Items damaged or missing parts not due to our fault
  • Items returned after 60 days from the date of delivery

Refund Procedure

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If the refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within a defined period.

Delay in Refunds

Sales and Discounted Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Items bought on sale are not refundable.

Exchanges

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. To start an exchange, send an email to [Your Contact Email] and return the item to our specified address.

Gifts

If you received the item as a gift, you would be credited with a gift voucher for the value of the returned item. If the gift was purchased by someone else, the refund would go to the original buyer.

Shipping Information for Returns

You will bear the shipping costs for returning the item, which are non-refundable. If a refund is granted, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from it.

For returned items valued over £100, it’s advisable to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
